Actually guys, i went and talked to a few EMTs and they said that this had to be fake for the following reasons:

1. You put yourself at risk for Hepatitis (and eventually liver damage) if you were to REALLY handle poo they way they were. I don't think someone would really put their lives on the line all for one video.

2. The poo that came out of that girl had to be fake. The EMT's said there was not one thing natural about the consistency nor the way she expelled it.
