Okay the only way a penis can become rigid is when the Corpus Cavernosum (A chambered section of the penis filled with capillaries) fills with Blood. If this person was alive, There would be no way for him to live after doing something like that. He would totally bleed to death. It's fake, balls don't pop out like that, they're attached to long strings inside the body that transfer the sperm from the prostate. Also, more blood would have spurted out, there is a HUGE bloodflow to the penis whether it be hard or soft.

Ok, to those idiots who keep saying "Fake!", it's NOT fake.
But neither is it what you think.

Here's what i think it is. i think that the guy is either Unconsious, or dead.(More likely Dead.)
