Council woman arrested for slap on head

This is really unbelievable.  One woman lightly slaps another woman across the back of the head.
The "victim" then pauses, overreacts in a major way by screaming and falling off the chair.
Then the speaker in the room wants her arrested and she now faces misdemeanor charges!

Pretty Phucked  Up!
