It is 'harlequin ichthyosis very few people are born with it its not from drinking and smoking during pregnancy its a thick layer of skin which is usually treated with oil baths not many people with this decease survive only a few make it to adulthood

It is seriously phucked that you would call this baby an alien. It's people who make comments like this that make the world a miserable place to live. It's people that have no feelings for those that aren't as fortunate as they are. It's examples like people who make fun of this precious little thing, you are what happens when you drink during pregnancy, it's called retardation. Not to say that all babies are retarded because their mother drank but that retardation can be caused by this.
