This is disgusting. Whether this is breast cancer or something else, it's obviously causing her pain and has probably led to social problems. Just because she's smiling doesn't mean she likes it.
You're beginning to have a really fucked up, demented mind Mr. Phucked, and the stuff you post on this site is moving further away from "phucked up" and more toward "just not fucking cool".

Jeez folks whats the big deal? From the looks of it, this is a fairly old elephantitis picture, the likes of which they have loads of in the science section of the museum in Kolkata. Kinda nasty for the lady its true, but if yall keep hollering for this shizz to be taken down then its damn sure that the mexican guy shooting himself in the head should be taken down? This just shows a weird ailment, whereas the other shows a person dying... or do mexicans not count as real people (probably!).

Example of summat more tragic/comical then booby that reaches crotch:

Was in a rickshaw in delhi a few years back and a begger comes up to the window askin' for money and cradling something in his left arm... closer inspection confirms my sucspicion, the football sized object is infact one of his testicles which he's trying to pull up to window hight for me to see and intice me into giving him "the moola". After a stunned 15 seconds of shameless staring rickshaw pulls away and i never see mr megaballs again. Freeky no?

Has anyone ever put one a balloon in your mouth and sucked on it? If you haven't, when you do that, the tip that you put in your mouth inflates to the size of your mouth and stays that way. That being said; I want to know who had that big of a mouth.
