Alex, if it was gradually inflated it is possible over a couple of days. And how do you know is ISN'T bleeding on the inside? I think this could be possible, I just don't believe that this picture inparticular is real.

Physically, it's impossible. The spine and hips being where they are. A bit of blood would make it more believable, and mebe not a basketball. A pineapple would of been hilarious but a melon of some sort would be OK. On the whole (pun intended) a reasonable PS job. Just a thought, If it was blown up inside.. where is the valve?
