This is no cannibalism. These People are from Bhutan, a country between India and China. On the shirt of one man is written "Sawang" which actually is a city in Bhutan.
The even look some kind of "official" to me. I don't know what they do, but i'm nearly 100% sure they don't eat the meat.
Perhaps some weird Tradition.

There is no single foto, where they are bbq'ing anything.
I guess you speak about the big pot. In this pot could either be acid or cooking water to remove the flesh from the bones.
I really don't think cannibals do wear surgical masks.

You can see some pictures where they cut off the flesh from the fingers.
It could be they are making a real human skeleton for a university or a medical institution.
The dead man has a shaved head and a fresh scarve on it. Perhaps he died during a brain operation and gave his body for science?
There are enough possibilities that are much more reasonable than "cannibals".

Well they are holding a colander or something on a stick with meat on in it and from the pictures we can only assume it is the mans meat

this thing with meat on it is to catch the bones out of the pot or to put them slowly into it. the pot is under it, if you look close.
and the plate with food are noodles... there is no meat on it.
Come on, if this were fotos of cannibalism, there wouldn't be dozens that show these people cutting of the flesh from the bones and not a single one about actually eating this meat (or clearly cooking it).

these pics are real but they dont eat the people i was watching the video clip on this, as they are thai my mom was explaining what was happening its a thing they do when nobody claims the bodys they remove all the skin and meat and either bury the bones or burn them they dont eat the meat. the picture with the guy eating food around the dead bodies was a joke because they asked him how he could eat around the dead bodys so yes the pictures are real but their not Cannibals
