i dont know much about pro arm wrestling but look at how they pull on the peg their holding with their opposite hand. It looks like a lot of muscle goes into pulling and using the whole body. Also i bet they use a lot of right back and ab muscles(which he doesn't super have). I wouldn't say its genetic and i also wouldn't say its a weight class thing(he needs to be using more than just that arm, his shoulder and neck aren't proprotionally big enough, and nobody else is doing it so if it is a weight class thing it's probably unfounded(like this speculation)). I would bet hes probably fucked up his arm up with so much wrestling with it(broken arms happen all the time arm wre). whatever... hes german so who really cares
