Honestly... It looks like the guy skinned his own penis from the glands penis to the base, and tried to have it heal yet keep the flaps of skin from his penis.

From the fact there is red scabbing on the "flaps", it must be fresh, within a week, but damn if its not going to fall the hell off IMO. Its yellow like that not due to infection, but fat. The penis is insulated with a layer of fat and that is the yellowish lumpy stuff we see. It is gross. I doubt this could even be properly maintained to heal and not shrink and fall off.

Why would a guy do this to his junk? I get really pissed off at men sometimes, but even this I wouldn't wish upon one. I am I a phucked up chick....
