No, this isn't fake. I was watching a documentary on a Chinese athlete (basketball) who is even taller than that Yow Ming or whatever his name is. This picture looks nearly identical to the way the Chinese man's feet were. It has something to do with how tall he is, his feet didn't adjust right or something. But yeah, this medical condition is very real.
