Is this the real Two Face from Batman?
wow that's one nasty birthmark he's got
Looks like a serious burn victim.
I recall seeing this guy one television some show a while back. This photo is AFTER the 14 or so hours of surgery the guy had. It was way larger adn more nasty.
He's half Colin Mockery, half Grimmace....
I just got to ask him... Why the long face?
Just remember folks - there but for the grace of God go I...
OKay iam the first who asks this... What the hell is the pipe for??
Does his skin need some gas to run on this uglymode or whats isit good for?
It's not a pipe, it's a drain tube. They're put in to keep the wound draining and to let it heal from the inside-out.
Thats a nigger disease: NiggerVirus.
@gbt88 that's a birthmark you moron
Bitch you're a birthmark. Why the hell would you need to drain a birthmark?
because he got most of it removed and doctors put a drain in the wound to get rid of any built up liquid it's a standard post surgery procedure you fuckwit, i hate stupid people
I dont think it's a birthmark. It looks more like some necrose or a kind of infection that leaves dead tissues growing on the infected area.. Don't know, but must taste like bacon for sure.
Toss the coin!!!
Two-Face: You're a lucky man.
[flips again; bad side]
Two-Face: He's not.
Salvatore Maroni: Who?
Two-Face: [buckles seat belt] Your driver.
[He shoots the driver in the back; the car goes flying off the road]
It really looks like a serious burn.but it's probably a disease cause it is in a limited area. if it was a birthmark he would have done surgery earlier. maybe its "Phucked Up Growth" uncle or something
holy fuckin shit
Y did Mr Phucked delete that boob video?
He looks like s1 of the fantastic4 , DONT TAKE AWAY HIS SUPER POWER!!!!!
What boob video?
There was a video posted like right after this that was a maggot infested boob.. in the comments everyone was being pussys and begged him to take it off.. seriously? If you cant handle phucked up shit y come here?
He is fucking ugly
@lenusa if you seriously thing that is a birthmark you must be retarded, especially since your arguing still thinking your right, first thing to tell you its not a birth mark, the excessive swelling (even for post op its far too much, and even if it was the size of the birth mark would have to be enourmous and we would see the stitches)
second the coloration of the skin, it's pretty much necrotic, meaning dead skin.
thirdly you do not need a drain for removal of birth marks, cause birth marks are located on the skin and possibly down to the dermis of the skin, so you just remove the skin and suture it up. Drains are usually put in for areas that would accumulate puss, blood and other fluids that usually occur from bacterial infection so that the fluid can be drained and allow the site to heal properly.
i guess if when they removed the birthmark there was infection it could possibly get that bad, but wouldnt really explain the blotches of necrotic skin so it could be even a whole different thing.
So lenusa you are the moron and sinc eyou hate stupid people you must really hate yourself. Fucking piece of shit
@asd: Please don't feed the trolls
nah lesuna is here often doesnt really troll, she's just actually very stupid
I agree with asd
well you gotta give this man props at least he smiled for the camera
Lindsay I sooooo wanna see that boob video. Hey Mr Phucked since your like god here i presume that you are everywhere reading everything, couldnt you put that boob video back? If you just ignore this or dont obey my request, it would mean then that you are a chicken, and you'll be condemned to eat in bad vietnamese restaurants for the rest of your life. : (
@strokes. loved your request
"you'll be condemned to eat in bad vietnamese restaurants for the rest of your life. : (" be carefull this is a dangerous statement :O
it's a hemangioma...
A hemangioma is an abnormal buildup of blood vessels in the skin or internal organs.
Superficial or "strawberry" hemangiomas often are not treated. When they are allowed to disappear on their own, the result is usually normal-appearing skin. In some cases, a laser may be used to remove the small vessels.
Cavernous hemangiomas that involve the eyelid and block vision are generally treated with steroid injections or laser treatments. These quickly reduce the size of the lesions, allowing vision to develop normally. Large cavernous hemangiomas or mixed hemangiomas may be treated with oral steroids and injections of steroids directly into the hemangioma.
@ashley- that would be perfectly correct if he was 10 years old or younger and if it didnt cover half his face.
A hemangioma is a benign self-involuting tumor of endothelial cells (the cells that line blood vessels). In most cases it appears during the first days or weeks of life and will have resolved at the latest by age 10. In infancy, it is the most common tumor.
So both logic and common sense allow me say that it most likely is not a hemangioma.
Let's just admit it.. nobody knows what this fucked up shit is
lol i have admitted that a long time ago, i just prefer people to no say they know what it is if they dont
I believe its called neurofibromatosis, which causes tumors to grow on your body...
I guess I'm gonna have to be that guy and point out that its on the wrong side to be two face...
